IT-Lifeline Increases Washington Trust Bank’s Business Continuation Capabilities

Washington Trust Adopts IT-Lifeline’s Mobile Recovery Solution

Spokane, Washington – April, 2008 – IT-Lifeline, provider of fully tailored business continuity solutions, announced today that Washington Trust Bank (WTB) will use their Mobile Recovery service. Washington Trust already uses ITLifeline for data backup, technology failover, and hot-site recovery services.

Mobile Recovery is a service IT-Lifeline offers in partnership with Rentsys, a national mobile recovery provider. When adversity strikes any Washington Trust location, IT-Lifeline will delivery a mobile office equipped with power generation, satellite communications, workstations, and items necessary to resume business. IT-Lifeline will then help integrate the Mobile Recovery Center to Washington Trust’s primary headquarters location or to IT-Lifeline.

“Since 2003 we used IT-Lifeline to safeguard our corporate data and provide data center, technology, and workspace recovery if adversity strikes,” expressed Senior VP and CIO of WTB, Jim Brockett. “Because they have delivered their promise of recovery on multiple occasions, we feel confident in expanding our relationship with IT-Lifeline to our remote offices. IT-Lifeline engineers are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. The Mobile Recovery option ensures uninterrupted service to customers.”

“We are pleased that Washington Trust Bank chose us to further strengthen their business continuation strategy.” said Steven Tabacek, President and CEO of IT-Lifeline. “The bank clearly understands the value IT-Lifeline brings, particularly in highly regulated financial services. We look forward to ensuring the continuing high performance operation of WTB’s technological infrastructure.”
