Company gears up for growth with key leadership addition

SPOKANE, WA — December 9, 2010 – IT‐Lifeline, the West’s leading provider of business continuity solutions for financial services and health care organizations, today announced that Matthew Gerber has joined the company as CEO. Gerber will lead a team at IT‐Lifeline that is moving into offering customers the latest generation of cloud based production, vaulting and recovery technologies and services.

Gerber, who was most recently CEO of SprayCool inc., a technology leader in liquid cooling systems for electronics, comes with over 20 years of high technology executive management experience. Prior to SprayCool, Gerber held executive positions—including VP of European Operations and Sr. VP for Global Sales and Marketing—at Itronix, a mobile computing technology leader acquired by General Dynamics in 2005.

“We are delighted that Matt chose to join the IT‐Lifeline team to help us focus on delivering more value to our existing customers as we continue to grow and bring on new customers,” said Brandon Tanner, IT‐Lifeline Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “Banks, Credit Unions, Hospitals and Clinics are looking for the next generation of solutions that reduce cost, increase enterprise resiliency and provide the flexibility required allowing adaptation in this dynamic regulatory environment.”

“We need to deliver cloud based recovery solutions that ensure our customers can recover IT systems successfully and at the same time cut operating costs.” said Gerber. “Our ability to offer mid‐sized enterprise customers business continuity solutions that are typically only available to the very largest enterprises is what makes IT‐Lifeline unique and will continue to be our competitive advantage moving forward.”….
